Seacrest Village: (760) 632-0081

November 28, 2022

Good afternoon, Residents and Families,

Today we learned that a caregiver who works in the Goldberg Healthcare Center, as well as a Seacrest at Home caregiver have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.  The GHC employee’s last day worked was November 25th and the Seacrest at Home employee’s last day worked was November 23rd. Contact tracing has taken place and those exposed were notified. Further, we continue to follow the CDC Guidelines and report this information to all mandated agencies.

If you have a visit planned to any of our buildings on campus and are not feeling well, please postpone your visit and get tested.  We must do everything possible to keep our residents and staff safe so please wear a mask around others and please take a rapid test when visiting our campus.

Cases are again on the rise in San Diego County so please be careful. Residents if you have any symptoms, concerns or questions please contact our staff at any time.  If you don’t feel well, please ask for a rapid test and stay safe.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Best regards,
