Dear Residents and Families,
Late yesterday we learned that two members of our team tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, and today we learned that a third team member also tested positive. One individual works in Assisted Living, last worked July 13, and is asymptomatic. Another individual works in Security, last worked July 10, and is symptomatic. The third individual works in administration, last worked July 16, and is symptomatic. We know you join us in wishing all those in our Seacrest family who are recuperating from COVID, a speedy recovery.
We have conducted contract tracing and those exposed were notified. In addition, we continue to report all positive cases to the applicable regulatory agencies and follow the CDC guidelines regarding staff returning to work.
San Diego County is now under the high transmission tier, and we join the CDC and others in requesting that you avoid large crowds, wear your masks whenever possible especially when inside public spaces, and report any symptoms immediately.
