Good afternoon, Residents and Families,
Today we learned that a caregiver in our Goldberg Healthcare Center (GHC) has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus and is asymptomatic. The employee’s last day worked was June 30th. We continue to follow the CDC Guidelines for return to work and will report this information to all mandated agencies.
We are planning to re-open Goldberg Healthcare Center visits next Tuesday July 5th for outside masked visits. There will be a limited number of spots available until we can further monitor our facility COVID-19 case rates. We thank you for your patience and cooperation. Please be mindful this weekend as cases are rapidly increasing in San Diego County. We must all do our part to keep our residents, staff, and one another safe. We strongly urge every resident who is able, to wear a mask when in the common areas on campus, as well as when in indoor public spaces.
