Seacrest Village: (760) 632-0081

January 1, 2022

Dear Residents and Families,

Good afternoon and Happy New Year. I am writing with another COVID-19 update.

Last night one of our Assisted Living residents tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Currently, the resident is asymptomatic, and we hope this remains the case. And this morning we learned that one of our Goldberg Healthcare Center nurses tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The employee last worked yesterday, December 31. In addition, this morning we learned that a Seacrest at Home employee tested positive. This employee was last on the Seacrest campus on December 21, 2021. Both employees are experiencing symptoms. We know you join us in sending best wishes for a speedy recovery for both.

As is always the case, contact tracing began immediately, and all staff and residents who may have been exposed have been notified.

The CDC is continuously updating guidelines, and while they can be very confusing, we encourage you to reach out to us should you have any questions. Again, thank you for your tremendous support and patience during this very difficult time. It means more than you know.

All our best for a healthy and safe 2022.

Stay safe everyone,
