Seacrest Village: (760) 632-0081

December 31, 2022

Good afternoon, Residents and Families,

Late yesterday we learned that a Seacrest at Home employee has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. This employee’s last day worked in the Independent Living building and the Katzin Residence was on December 28th. Contact tracing has taken place and those exposed were notified. We continue to follow the CDC Guidelines and report this information to all mandated agencies.

We appreciate you working with us to mitigate the spread of the virus and strongly encourage residents and visitors to wear masks in our common areas and when inside public places.

Families, we can’t stress enough the importance of postponing your visit if you don’t feel well, have symptoms, or have been exposed to others who are sick. If this is the case, we would be happy to facilitate a zoom call with your loved one instead of an in-person visit.

Residents, if you have any symptoms, concerns, or questions, please contact our staff at any time. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Together, we can hopefully prevent more positive cases and stop the spread of the virus.

Many thanks, and best wishes for a safe and healthy new year.
