Good afternoon, Residents and Families,
Today we learned that two staff members and one resident tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. One staff member works in our Goldberg Healthcare Center (GHC) and last worked 12/25. The other staff person works in Building Services and last worked 12/28. The resident who tested positive resides in our GHC.
Contact tracing has taken place and those exposed were notified. Further, as per our protocols, all other residents in our GHC were tested and thankfully all were negative. We continue to follow the CDC Guidelines for return to work. In addition, we will report this information to all mandated agencies.
We appreciate you working with us to mitigate the spread of the virus and encourage residents and visitors to wear masks in our common areas and when inside public places.
