Seacrest Village: (760) 632-0081

January 16, 2023

Good afternoon, Residents and Families,

Today we learned that two residents in the Independent Living Residence and one resident in Assisted Living have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.  Contact tracing is taking place and those exposed will be notified. All residents who tested positive are in isolation, and we continue to follow the CDC Guidelines on isolation and the mitigation of spread. In addition, we will report this information to all mandated agencies.

We appreciate you working with us during this most recent surge in positive COVID-19 cases on our campus. Family members, you must wear masks when in our common areas, and we would also very much appreciate it if all visitors would please take a rapid test during our check-in process. Residents, we strongly encourage you to always wear a mask when in common areas around Seacrest and while out in public places.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. With your continued help, and everyone doing their part, we can all help protect our residents, families, and staff.  Thank you for your cooperation

Best regards,
