Family Visit Protocols

Please Read the Following in its Entirety

ALL visits must be arranged in advance through Jenny Jacobs (jjacobs@seacrestvillage.org). We are unable to accommodate drop-in visits and you will not be allowed on campus without an appointment.

Family visits will occur:

Independent Living:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
9:30 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.

Goldberg Health Care Center:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
9:30 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.

Katzin Memory Care:
Tuesday & Thursday
9:30 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.

Assisted Living:
Tuesday & Thursday
9:30 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.

Due to the heightened interest and anticipated number of visits scheduled each day, it is imperative that you are on time.

No more than 3 family members are allowed to visit at once and visits will last no more than 20 minutes.

It is extremely important that there is no exchange of items during this visit. All items must continue to be dropped off at the main entrance off Saxony Lane on the table outside.

Where to Arrive for On-Campus Visits:

For Nursing Home visits:

Please go to the entrance of the Dorothy and Joseph Goldberg Healthcare Center, your temperature will be taken, you will need to wear a mask, apply hand sanitizer, complete a form, and your loved one will be brought out to see you. Seating will be provided and a protective plexi-glass screen will be placed between you and your loved one.

For Independent Living visits:

Please go the entrance of the A building (the Saxony Road entrance by Marisa’s office), your temperature will be taken, you will need to wear a mask, apply hand sanitizer, complete a form, and your loved one will meet you at the entrance outside. Seating will be provided and a protective plexiglass screen will be placed between you and your loved one.

For Assisted Living visits:

Please go the main entrance reception area (on Saxony Lane), your temperature will be taken, you will need to wear a mask, apply hand sanitizer, complete a form, and your loved one will be brought outside to you at the assisted living door. Seating will be provided, and a protective plexiglass screen will be placed between you and your loved one.

For Katzin Memory Care visits:

Please go the entrance of the Katzin building where David or another staff member will meet you, your temperature will be taken, you will need to wear a mask, apply hand sanitizer, complete a form, and your loved one will be brought outside to you. Seating will be provided, and a protective plexiglass screen will be placed between you and your loved one.

We appreciate your attention to these specific details in order to make this program a success as everyone strives to remain healthy and vigilant during these unique circumstances.
