Good afternoon, Residents and Families,

Today we learned that a resident who lives in our Independent Living, has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The resident is now in quarantine. Contact tracing has taken place and those exposed have been notified. Further, we continue to follow the CDC Guidelines and report this information to all mandated agencies.

To our families, if you have a visit planned to any of our buildings, and are not feeling well, please postpone your visit and get tested. We must do everything possible to keep our residents and staff safe. We ask that you please wear a mask around others and please take a rapid test upon your arrival to our campus.

To our residents, cases are again on the rise in San Diego County, so please be careful. With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, it is important that if you don’t feel well or have been exposed to someone with COVID, please avoid going to the dining room, attending programs, or leaving the campus. Further, if you have any symptoms, concerns, or questions, please contact our staff at any time.

Thank you for your cooperation. Wishing everyone a safe and healthy holiday.
