Seacrest Village: (760) 632-0081

July 9, 2022

Good afternoon, Residents and Families,

Today we learned that three members of our Culinary Department have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. Two individuals last worked July 8th, and the third individual last worked July 7th. Unfortunately, all are symptomatic, and we know you join us in wishing them full and speedy recoveries.

Contact tracing began immediately, and those exposed were notified. Because all individuals work in the main kitchen, there was no resident contact. We continue to report all positive cases to the applicable regulatory agencies and follow the CDC guidelines regarding staff returning to work.

On an encouraging note, today we learned that since our recent surge, all residents in our Goldberg Healthcare Center have now re-tested negative for the COVID-19 virus. We are incredibly pleased and extend our deepest gratitude to our Seacrest Heroes for their dedication and loving care throughout this challenging time.

We know the latest variants are extremely contagious and ask that you wear your masks whenever possible, especially when inside public spaces. We appreciate your ongoing patience. Please be careful everyone, and do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions.

Most sincerely,

Pam Ferris
