July 26, 2022

Good afternoon, Residents and Families,

Today we learned that a caregiver in the Assisted Living building has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The employee’s last day of work was July 24th. Contact tracing is taking place and we continue to follow the CDC Guidelines for return to work. In addition, we will report this information to all mandated agencies.  We are currently rapid testing all of our AL residents to mitigate the spread of the virus. At this time, our AL dining room remains closed and visits to our AL residents must occur outside. We are sorry for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this challenging time.

Please be mindful as COVID–19 cases are high in San Diego County. We must all do our part to keep our residents, staff, and one another safe. We strongly urge every resident who is able to wear a mask when in the common areas on campus, as well as when in indoor public spaces.

Have a safe week, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns.

Best regards,

Pam Ferris
