Good afternoon, Residents and Families,
Today we learned that an additional two residents of the Katzin Residence have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. We have made the difficult decision to suspend visits to the Katzin Residence only, effective immediately and until further notice. For those interested, you are welcome to arrange Zoom visits with our Katzin residents by contacting Sammy at 760-632-0081 ext. 1213 or directly scheduling by using the following link, https://calendly.com/samcohen-1/15min
We continue to follow the CDC Guidelines on isolation and mitigation of the spread. In addition, we will report this information to all mandated agencies.
We appreciate you working with us during this most recent surge in positive COVID-19 cases on our campus. Family members who visit Independent Living or Assisted Living must wear masks when in the common areas. Visitors to the Goldberg Healthcare Center must wear masks in the common areas and also in resident rooms. We would also very much appreciate it if all visitors would please take a rapid test during our check-in process. This is important given the recent holidays when gatherings most likely occurred.
