Good afternoon, Residents and Families,

Today we learned that two residents of the Katzin Residence have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. All other residents in the Katzin Residence have tested negative today and we will repeat testing in accordance with the Department of Health guidelines. Contact tracing has taken place and those exposed were notified. We continue to follow the CDC Guidelines on isolation and the mitigation of spread. In addition, we will report this information to all mandated agencies.

We appreciate you working with us during this most recent surge in positive COVID-19 cases on our campus. Family members, you must wear masks when in our common areas, and we would also very much appreciate it if all visitors would please take a rapid test during our check-in process. This is important given the recent holidays where gatherings most likely occurred.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. With your continued help, and everyone doing their part, we can all help protect our residents, families, and staff. Thank you for your cooperation.

Best regards,
