Dear Residents and Family Members,
This morning we learned that one of our Assisted Living residents tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. This afternoon, one of our Assisted Living staff tested positive for the COVID-19 virus as well as a Seacrest at Home caregiver. The Assisted Living employee’s last day worked was yesterday, January 4, 2022. The Seacrest at Home caregiver’s last day worked was December 23, 2021, however the employee did not work on our Seacrest Village Campus. Thankfully both the Assisted Living resident and the Assisted Living staff person are asymptomatic although our Seacrest at Home caregiver is experiencing symptoms. We know you join us in wishing a speedy recovery.
We have conducted initial contact tracing and feel confident that those who were directly exposed have already been notified. We have also notified all mandated regulatory agencies.
Please know that we are doing everything possible to keep our residents and staff safe. We continue to ask for your support and understanding. It means a great deal to us all.
