January 28, 2022

Dear Residents and Families,

The last two days were very encouraging as we all hoped the recent surge of positive COVID-19 cases was coming to an end. I am sorry to report however, that isn’t necessarily the case. We learned last evening one of our Fitness Center employees tested positive for the COVID-19 Virus. Fortunately, the employee is asymptomatic, and we hope it remains this way. The employee last worked January 27, 2022. Today, we also learned that a resident in our Goldberg Healthcare Center has tested positive, and thankfully is also asymptomatic.

We have conducted contact tracing and notified anyone who may have been exposed. We have also contacted all mandated agencies and continue to follow CDC guidelines for returning to work.

Please join me in sending our beloved resident and team member, and all others recovering from COVID-19, healing thoughts and best wishes for a speedy recovery. While we remain in a cautionary state on our campus and in our practices, we are also very thankful that those recently getting the virus have been able to manage at home without hospital intervention. In addition, many of our employees who tested positive over the past weeks have returned to work, and we are so happy to have them back.

Lastly, a huge thank you to those who have supported our COVID HEROES FUND. If you would like to support the staff at this time, you may contribute on our website at www.seacrestfoundation.org or simply mail your gift to Seacrest Foundation and designate COVID-19.

As always, we thank you for your continued support.

Most sincerely,
