Seacrest Village: (760) 632-0081

February 9, 2022

This is a very important communication. Please take the time to read it carefully.  I am pleased to share that this Monday February 14th, visitors will once again be allowed on the outside grounds of our Seacrest campus. We will need your full cooperation to ensure the visits go smoothly, especially since our protocols have changed.

I am also pleased to share that since our last visits were in place, we have upgraded our Accushield check-in system. The upgrade now has the capability to scan a picture of your vaccination card as you check in. We know many of you provided us a copy in the past though unfortunately the system is unable to transfer it. We ask that you please be patient as we get everyone’s most current information scanned into the new system.

Below are the general visiting protocols for all visitors

  • Visiting hours will be 10am to 4pm 7 days per week.
  • All visitors need to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance, and weekend visits should be scheduled by Friday, end of business day.
  • Late or unscheduled visits will not be permitted.
  • All visitors must check in by showing proof of vaccination, have temperatures taken and take a rapid antigen test before the visit occurs.
  • Given these new protocols and the distance between your check-in and the location of your visit, it is important that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled visit.
  • The number of visitors is limited to three people.
  • The length of each visit will be 45 minutes, and visits will be scheduled on the hour.
  • All visitors need to wear either a N95 or a KN95 mask. Surgical and/or cloth masks are not allowed at this time. If you do not have one, Seacrest will provide one for you.
  • Visitor check-in for all buildings will in the lobby of the Lipinsky Administration Building, off Saxony Lane, except those visiting the Goldberg Healthcare Center Monday through Friday.

Please know that our protocols will be further modified as COVID-19 cases continue to decline, as our intention is to return to a greater sense of normalcy as soon as possible. At this time, we believe it’s best to resume visits carefully and cautiously, which is why the rapid testing protocol has been instituted.

Please read this important information carefully and don’t hesitate to contact your building director with any questions.

Again, we ask for your patience and cooperation as we check people in and work to keep all appointments on schedule. We understand how hard this has been to be separated from your loved ones and hope you enjoy your visits. With everyone doing their part, I am confident everything will go well.
