Good Morning Seacrest Residents and Families,
This morning we learned that one of our Assisted Living caregivers has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. We are conducting contact tracing and will begin further testing as necessary. Anyone who has had exposure will be contacted and we have placed the Leichtag Assisted living building in quarantine at this time. This employee has not been in the building since December 2nd.
The Independent Living community (Buildings A&F) also remain in quarantine. Residents, please do not leave your apartments except for walking outside, getting mail, doing laundry, or taking your trash out. And under no circumstances should you be within six feet of one another. We will be doing another round of testing this week and will contact you with further instructions. Please take this seriously as we must do everything that we can to mitigate the spread of the virus.
San Diego county is now in a stay at home order; our community is at great risk. Now more than ever we must protect one another.
If you need anything, please ask your building manager. If you are not feeling well, please let us know right away. We are here for all of you.
