Seacrest Village: (760) 632-0081

December 5, 2022

Good afternoon, Residents and Families,

Today we learned that five residents in our Independent Living Residence have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.  All five residents are now in isolation. Contact tracing is taking place and those exposed will be notified. Further, we continue to follow the CDC Guidelines and report this information to all mandated agencies.

Given the increase in positive COVID-19 cases at Seacrest and around the County, and our desire to mitigate the spread of the virus, Seacrest is offering through December 31, in-room meal delivery or to-go orders at no extra cost. If you would like this service, please contact 760-516-2009 if you live in Independent Living, and for those who reside in all other buildings, please contact one of your caregivers to make this request.

If you have a visit planned to any of our buildings on campus and are not feeling well, please postpone your visit and get tested. We must do everything possible to keep our residents and staff safe so please wear a mask around others and please take a rapid test when visiting our campus.

We are asking that all residents take extra precautionary measures and wear a mask at all times while around others. Residents, if you have any symptoms, concerns, or questions, please contact our staff at any time.  If you don’t feel well, please ask for a rapid test and minimize your contact with others.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Best regards,
