Good afternoon, Residents and Families,
Today we learned that a resident in the Goldberg Healthcare Center as well as two employees have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. One employee works in our Assisted Living Residence, and the other works in our Security department. Both employees last worked August 17th. Contact tracing is taking place and those exposed will be notified. Further, we continue to follow the CDC Guidelines for return to work and report this information to all mandated agencies
Although our number of positive cases in San Diego County as well as at Seacrest are declining, there is still significant risk of you getting COVID-19. We ask you to please be careful and that residents continue to wear a mask when in the common areas on campus, as well as when in indoor public spaces. If you have a visit planned and are not feeling well, please postpone your visit and get tested. Residents if you have any symptoms, please contact our staff for a rapid test and stay safe.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
