Seacrest Village: (760) 632-0081

Dear Residents, Families and Associates,

I am writing to share that late yesterday we learned that a third resident, who lives in our Assisted Living Residence, has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. We have completed contact tracing and notified those who may have been exposed. We have also contacted all mandated agencies. The resident is symptomatic at present time, and we know you join us in wishing a speedy recovery.

We now have five residents on our campus with the COVID-19 virus. As I stated yesterday, it is up to all of us to work together to keep our residents and staff safe. Keeping our campus open to visitors, and the dining rooms open for our residents and their guests, is very important and we will do everything possible, with your help, to avoid any changes.

While there are currently no mask mandates in public buildings, and now unfortunately, even on domestic flights, we know that masks help to stop the spread of the virus. It is for this reason that we continue to encourage everyone to wear them, and hope that with all of us working together, we will be able to continue our current protocols and avoid another shutdown.

We are taking this very seriously and want you to know that we will do whatever we can to protect everyone. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to respond quickly to any new developments. Please contact your building director if you have any questions and thank you for your on-going support.

Best regards,
