April 13, 2022

Dear Residents and Families,

I am writing to inform you that today, an outside entertainer who works on our campus has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.  The last time the entertainer was in the presence of our residents was April 11th in our Goldberg Healthcare Skilled Nursing Center. Contact tracing has begun and those who may have been exposed are being notified. In addition, we still report all positive test results to the mandated agencies and follow the CDC return to work guidelines.

On another note, we have now secured a date for the next booster clinic for residents and those staff eligible for their next booster. Seacrest will hold an on-campus clinic for residents and staff on Wednesday May 4, 2022. Building directors will be contacting you for an appointment time shortly.

The FDA and CDC have approved a second booster for individuals over 50 years of age, and for those who have not received their first booster regardless of age if it has been at least 5 months since their last vaccination.

Also, we want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy Passover. We are extremely excited to host our Seders in- person this year. If you would like to watch our livestream Seder on Friday April 15th at 5pm, please tune into www.livestream.com/seacrest.

Please stay safe and wear your mask whenever possible. They are effective in protecting you and those around you.

Chag Sameach,

Pam Ferris
