Melanie Hoff joined Seacrest Village Retirement Communities in 2008 as the Associate Director of Philanthropy. Her greatest task is to manage all aspects of the capital campaign including the daily responsibilities of donor communications. Among many other responsibilities, Melanie oversees the organization’s Giving Circles program, which is designed to help donors make a meaningful contribution once a year that encompasses the many things they support during the year.
Joining the team in 2008 was like returning home for Melanie who actually first joined the organization in 1988 and was instrumental in the opening of the Encinitas campus. After many years and many wonderful experiences within the organization, including running Jewish Home Care Services, Inc. and opening The Leichtag Family Assisted Living Residence as the Program Manager, Melanie transitioned from the Senior Housing industry into Rehabilitation Therapy.
Currently living in Encinitas, Melanie is thrilled to be back at Seacrest and is eagerly managing the capital campaign and awaiting watching another building come to fruition.
