Building Our Future
OTTENSTEIN VITALITY CENTER
The Ottenstein Vitality Center is designed to assist seniors in remaining active through participation in physical activities such as weight training, aerobics, swimming, balance and stretching. The center is composed of age appropriate state-of-the-art aquatics and fitness equipment offering health and fitness programs – providing an all-in-one resource to keep Seacrest’s residents feeling well in body and spirit. The Esther and Bud Fischer Aquatics Center will feature two pools, one for swimming and one for therapies, and will feature specialized classes for the residents. The Vitality Center will enable all the benefits of physical activity: 1) endurance, 2) strength, 3) equilibrium, and 4) flexibility. In addition, within the Vitality Center is the Ellen and Ingram Chodorow Synagogue—a stunning place where souls will be nourished with traditional Jewish music and celebrations.
LEE & FRANK GOLDBERG RESIDENCE COURT
The demand for independent living is far greater than our supply. Today’s residents require more room and more choices. A new wing of spacious one and two bedroom suites with full kitchens is tailored for the most discerning residents who seek additional space.
THE KATZIN RESIDENCE
The Katzin Residence was dedicated in July 2007 and provides the Seacrest Village at Encinitas Campus with a full continuum of care in order to meet the growing needs of our elderly. This building offers a beautiful and dignified setting for our residents who receive memory care. Family members can rest assured that their loved ones are well cared for by a nurturing staff and receive 24-hour personalized care, fine dining, exercise and activities, all in a secure and safe environment.
