Seacrest Village at Encinitas, The Leichtag Family Foundation
Campus, recently named one of the "50 Best Retirement
Communities in America", has been in operation since 1989.
Located in San Diego's north county coastal city of Encinitas,
cool ocean breezes, sunshine and swaying palms are an everyday

Seacrest Village at Rancho Bernardo, The Nellie Cohn Residence,
an independent living community, is nestled at the base
of rolling hills that meander between Rancho Bernardo and Poway.
The scenic and open setting allows residents to enjoy the naturally
beautiful landscape that surrounds this campus. Large, graceful
trees adorn the many pathways where one can observe a variety
of wildlife. Many other unique features make this community a
spectacular location for those who enjoy the fresh air and beautiful
