New Construction Set To Begin!
We are so excited that construction of the Ottenstein Vitality Center and 30 beautiful new one and two bedroom independent living apartments is almost ready to begin! Anticipated start date is the third week of March, 2010. Completion of this new project is currently estimated to take one year.
- Second week of March, temporary fencing will be erected around construction site.
- Grading of the site will begin.
- Construction trailer and offices will be placed on-site.
- Equipment and materials will begin to be ordered.

Mel's Place remodel
Our Encinitas campus coffeeshop is geting a facelift! In fact, it's going to be enlarged, have new features added, an enhanced design and a new menu! Check here for weekly updates on the progress!
- Work continues as new walls are erected and new drains are put in place
- New cabinets have been delivered.
- New drywall in place and painting begins.
- Mel's Place will re-open after Passover 2010
